  • By Foot: We are located beside the downtown co-op, walking distance from most areas downtown. We have a few bike stalls outside.

    By Car: There is street parking along 11th ave, 12th st and 13th st. Underground paid parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Entrance to underground parking is in the alley way on the north side of the building.

    By Transit: We are a 7-min walk from the downtown West-Kirby CTrain Station.

    • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

    • Eat lightly, avoiding heavy meals beforehand and opt for a light snack if necessary.

    • Make sure your skin is clean and free of makeup, oils, or lotions. Don’t worry if you can’t do this ahead of time, we have showers available for people on the go!

  • Swimsuits or clean active wear are the most comfortable when using the sauna and cold tubs.

    Avoid wearing metal or watches. Our sauna is hot and your jewelry will be too.

  • Bring a personal water bottle. We have cups available for those who forget. We keep our floors sparkling, so walking barefoot is the norm, but feel free to bring sandals if you prefer.

  • Towels, private changing areas with secure lockers, showers, and extra amenities to help you get ready or unwind for the day, all provided for your convenience.

  • Plan to be here 10 minutes before your session to check in and get ready.

  • Cancel online up to 12 hours before your session. Late cancellations result in a fee of $15. No-shows result in a $30 fee so please let us know if you can’t make it.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your booking will be cancelled and you will be charged a $30 fee.

  • Phones must be stored in lockers and are not permitted in the sauna or ice bath areas

  • Items left behind are kept for two weeks. After that, unclaimed belongings are donated to charity. Keep all valuables in a locker or better yet, leave them at home. Send us an email to let us know if you are looking for something: contact@offlinewellnessclub.com.

    • Sauna: Respect others, enter and exit promptly to keep the hot air in, leave your shoes outside, and use the towel we provide to sit on.

    • Cold Tubs: Hold onto the sides when getting in and out to keep your stability, no splashing.

  • Before attending, assess your well-being. Sessions may not be suitable for those who are pregnant or have heart, blood pressure, or respiratory issues. If you’ve experienced fainting or are concerned about how you may react to the amenity use, please consult a doctor before booking. If you are pregnant, please consult your physician as to the safety of using sauna and cold plunge tubs. You are attending the club at your own risk.

  • 15-20 minutes. If you start to feel discomfort (dizzy, lightheaded, nausea, dehydrated, etc.), please leave the sauna immediately.

  • Up to 3 minutes. Please be mindful of those waiting in line to use the tubs.
