It depends on how much time you have and what your intentions are, but these are standard flows we follow:
45 Minutes Recharge - great for after workouts
Sauna 15 minutes // Cold Tub 2 minutes X2. End with Sauna for 3 minutes.45 Minute Reset - great if you had a bad sleep, are hungover, or need to catch your breath
Sauna 20 minutes // Cold Tub 2 minutes // Sauna 20 minutes
Quick Boost - Start your day off right

Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
Eat lightly, avoiding heavy meals beforehand and opt for a light snack if necessary.
Make sure your skin is clean and free of makeup, oils, or lotions. Don’t worry if you can’t do this ahead of time, we have showers available for people on the go!
