Drop-ins
Drop-ins allow you to use the amenities at your own pace over a 75-minute session. There are two drop-in types:

Come one, come all! These sessions are perfect if you’re meeting up with a group friends or looking to chat with new people. Expect upbeat music and high energy. Look for “Social Drop-in” on the schedule.

Want to be anti-social? This drop-in is for you. Expect these sessions to be a lot calmer. Look for “Anti-Social Drop-in” on the schedule.
Classes
Classes provide more structure around the amenity use. Classes run for 45-50 minutes, you will then have the freedom to use the space how you choose for the remainder of your 75 minute session. There are three class types:

Heated Sculpt will be the first class we offer at the studio. Join us for a one-of-a-kind class taught by Nina Hill, Co-Founder of Offline Wellness Club. We’re dialing down the temp from your traditional sauna session to create the ideal environment for this 50-minute full-body sculpt. Expect bodyweight movement, mindful intensity, and a whole lot of sweat. After class, enjoy the rest of your session using the amenities at your own pace.

Heated Stretch is your Thursday reset. Held in the sauna, this 50-minute class focuses on long holds, deep breathing, and intentional release. Whether you're recovering from a workout, a workday, or just life, it's your chance to slow down, tune in, and leave feeling lengthened and recharged. After class, enjoy the rest of your session using the amenities at your own pace.

Heated Release is your manual reset. This 50-minute class combines muscle scraping, lymphatic drainage techniques, and mobility to support circulation, reduce inflammation, and help your body recover faster. Taught in the sauna, the heat amplifies the benefits, helping you sweat it out and flush it through. Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more in tune with your body. After class, enjoy the rest of your session using the amenities at your own pace.
